Change

Change

Change is ever-present.
So perpetual is it
that we should
talk about it
in the same way
that we talk about
the weather – such as;
Isn’t the change glorious today?
So unceasing is it
that the word should
be blurred, or point-less
or without an opposite.
So persistent is it
that you would think
we would have given up
arguing with it by now?
Why do we always
resist change?
Must it always come
down to a fear
of death?
Is that why
so many people stay?
Abuse is better
than death?
